• If a system error results in an incorrect payout, 1xx reserves the right to recover any excess amount.

Live Betting

• Odds change rapidly in live betting; always verify the odds before confirming your bet.
• 1xx is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet delays.
• Live bets are not accepted after a match has ended.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

1xx supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Compliance with all payment-related rules is mandatory.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit ৳500.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xx:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Manipulating odds or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Gaining unfair advantages through bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 1xx may close the account without notice, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

7Account Closure & Suspension

1xx may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If false information provided at registration is proven.
• Failure to provide the required information for KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• At the user's own request.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid funds remaining in the account will be returned before closure.
